My teaching philosophy has always relied upon and emphasized loving the music as you learn it. My first question to a student will always be, "What do you want to learn?" Some people want to sing the blues, others Beyonce. Some people want to play Mozart, others want to jam along with The Beatles. Some people simply want to learn how it all works. Whatever you want to learn, my goal is for us to enjoy the experience -and the results!- together.
